Happy Mantra Monday!! We are told so often that we need to have compassion for other people, but how do we do this? We need to have compassion for ourselves first and only then will we be able to show it to other people around us. This week's mantra will help you cultivate self-compassion and will allow you to feel more accepting towards yourself.
