Meditation - The Good, the Bad and the Scary of starting

When I was first experimenting with mediation, it was rough! My first minutes of silence with myself ended with me bawling on the floor of my living room thinking I was crazy. This is NOT how people talk about meditating so I though there was something seriously wrong with me. I hope to bring you a bit of comfort if you are in the beginning stages of this journey and I encourage you to keep going! Your life will open up if you keep pushing through.
