Increase Your Compassion Mantra

Happy Mantra Monday!! We are told so often that we need to have compassion for other people, but how do we do this? We need to have compassion for ourselves first and only then will we be able to show it to other people around us. This week's mantra will help you cultivate self-compassion and will allow you to feel more accepting towards yourself. This week's video is a great tool if you are feeling like you could use some more support in your life. No matter what situation this may apply in your life, be it financial support, emotional support, or physical support, this week's Mantra will help you feel that support. I started doing this Mantra for myself when I was feeling like other people weren't standing behind me or supporting me the way I thought they should. When I decided to support myself, it opened up the energy for others to step in and to the same. Amazing how this works!
