Did you know that most of us do not know how to breathe properly! In this video I show you the proper way to breathe to calm down, ease anxiety and feel better immediately. Belly breathing has helped me feel safe and I use it to relax tension in my body when I feel stressed. There's a whole lot of truth behind the mind/body connection and we can use our bodies (yoga) and our breath (meditation) to calm us down in stressful or emotional situations. This week I talk about how great setting up a routine can be for ditching bad habits and allowing you to be comfortable going through periods of growth in your life. Routines to not have to be overwhelming. A routine is something simple that you commit to doing each day that builds your self trust and sends a message to the Universe that you are serious about living a better life. This can be something as simple as committing to reading 10 minutes before bed each night to get a better sleep or learn something new.
